Our mission

GlidingPath exists to close the retirement savings gap. More than 50 million Americans working for small and medium-sized businesses lack access to a retirement plan at work. Although their employers care, the problem is that traditional retirement providers are too expensive, complicated and require administration effort – which are systemic barriers for small businesses.

We’ve used the latest technology and superior engineering to build a smart platform to make 401(k) plans simpler and more affordable for small businesses and self-employed owners. But that’s not it – we’ve applied behavioral science and used AI to design a solution that motivates plan participation (which has traditionally been an issue in certain industries and demographics) regardless of financial literacy.

Our goal is simple – to eliminate the “friction” commonly associated with finance & saving and to enable every working American to “glide” to retirement.
